Spotlight has 32 Places throughout Switzerland, ShowCar 100. If they are all occupied, your vehicle is automatically placed in the queue.
Credits are only used when your vehicle is actually activated - not when you join the queue.

How to change a PrimeCar:
Deactivate PrimeCar on the current vehicle (slot becomes free), then activate it on the new vehicle.
A vehicle with active booster cannot go to depot.

Does my spotlight really appear in every search - even for other brands?
Yes, Spotlight is the top spot (slot 1) in every search - on page 1 and page 2 - regardless of the brand, price or mileage someone searches for. This means that your vehicle will also appear at number 1 in searches for other brands, which is precisely the value of Spotlight. Two exceptions: If someone searches specifically for leasing or monthly instalment and your vehicle does not have a monthly price, or if someone filters for a fuel type that your vehicle does not have, Spotlight will be hidden in this search. And as soon as the searcher actively sorts by price, kilometres or year, muuva shows this selected order - Spotlight then pauses for this one view.
How many spotlight places are there?
32 Places throughout Switzerland, max. 2 active at the same time per retailer. Others are automatically added to the queue.
How many ShowCar spaces are there?
100 Places in the pool, max. 5 active per retailer at the same time.
Can I have more than 2 spotlights?
Yes, you can buy unlimited credits. But maximum 2 are active at the same time. The rest wait automatically.
Why can't I remove my active booster?
An active booster runs until the end of its period. For Spotlight these are 5 Days, at ShowCar 7 Days.
How do I switch PrimeCar to another vehicle?
Deactivate PrimeCar for the current vehicle (the slot becomes free immediately), then activate it for the desired vehicle.
What does 'All PrimeCar slots occupied' mean?
You have allocated all your PrimeCar slots. Deactivate PrimeCar for a vehicle or extend your slots in the subscription area.
When will my credit be used up?
Only when your vehicle is actually activated - not when you join the queue.
